Lillian H. Manago, 74, of Lawai, Kauai, a homemaker and caregiver, died at home. She was born in Koloa, Kauai. She is survived by hanai sons Jose III and Jonathan Costales, hanai daughter Elena M. Costales, sister Rose Marie Costales and two hanai grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Dec. 20 at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church, Koloa. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at St. Raphael’s Cemetery.
