Herbert David Teves, 91, of Hilo, an Army veteran and retired proprietor of Teves Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Inc., died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by daughters Judith Bugado and Frances Moniz, sister Linda Andrus, companion Alfreda “Ida” Estebon, six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Hilo Church of the Nazarene. Services: 7 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. Friday at Homelani Cemetery.
