Vivian Teiko Takahashi, 76, of Kaneohe, a retired payroll coordinator at the Queen’s Medical Center, died in the Queen’s Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband George T., son Garrett S., daughter Terry E. Debebar, brothers Calvin C. and Stephen K. Nakamura, sisters Naomi R. Goya and Ginger Ishmael, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services at noon.
