72David Chung Sun Kwak, 95, of Honolulu, a retired New York Symphony musician, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Seoul. He is survived by wife Ho Soon; son Choi Si Yup; daughters Si Sok Sung, Ana Ouchi and Alice Chung; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
