78Evangeline Tomiko Oshiro "Eva" Kamiya, 86, of Honolulu, a retired Cafe Flamingo waitress, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kukuihaele, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Richard and Kyle, daughters Kathleen Hasebe and Edean Miyaji, brothers Dr. Hideo and Kenneth S. Oshiro, sisters Harriet Y. Nakama and Lorraine S.
