80Luciano Lorenzo Daligcon, 74, of Eleele, Kauai, a retired laborer, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Norna, sons Lyndon and Kevin, daughters Normaliza and Nancy, brother Gregorio, sisters Saturnina Andres and Rosita Yadao, and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Borthwick Mortuary Chapel, Koloa, Kauai. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Hanapepe Public Cemetery.
