Henry Tamotsu Kobayashi, 83, of Kula, Maui, an Oahu Transport Co. employee and an Army corporal who served in the Korean War, died in Hale Makua Kahului. He was born in Kula. He is survived by companion Carlotta S. “Carol” Cablay, sons Kalvin and George, daughter Fay Mercer, hanai sons Conrad and Terrence Cablay, hanai daughters Carolinda Harmon and Pamelyn Cablay, brother Richard, sisters Thelma Liu and Arlene Honda, a grandchild, 10 hanai grandchildren and 15 hanai great-grandchildren. Private services.
