Francis Yat On Yee, 91, of Honolulu, a retired machinist foreman at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Shop 38, and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Sylvia Ching, Janet Fujii and Francine Yee; brother Wilfred; sister Harriet Pang; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Graveside services: 12:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Casual attire.
