73Thomas Ichiro Tashima, also known as "Toshi" and "Tommy," 68, of Pearl City, a retired master plumber and general contractor, died in Hawaii Medical Center West. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Lance and Eric, brother Dennis and sister Jean Shiraishi. Services: 6 p.m. Wednesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Casual attire. No flowers.
