Ushio Tsukazaki, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Tuna Packing Co. diesel mechanic and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Rieko, son Wayne J., daughter Nancy F.T. Kawakami, brother George, sisters Edna Yonaoshi and Martha Fujimoto, and two grandchildren. Private services.
