Donna M. Van Keuren-Madsen, 60, of Phoenix died in Arizona. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Aaron Bryson, brother Ronald K. Van Keuren, sisters Deborah J. Van Keuren and Deanna Uperesa, and two grandchildren. Scattering of ashes to be held at a later date.
