Henry M. Raposa Sr., 84, of Waianae, a retired ship structural tester with Shipfitters Shop 11, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, an Army veteran who served in World War II and a retired Army Reserve sergeant major, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Ethel R.; sons Henry Jr. and Guy; daughters Doreen Kapea, Loraine Armstrong, Juliann Mathis, De Enn McKeague and Bridget Raposa-Hanaike; brother Jacob; sisters Agnes Daniluck and Betty Puulei; 16 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Wednesday at Soka Gakkai International, 2729 Pali Highway, Honolulu. Services: 6:30 p.m. Burial: 1 p.m. Thursday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
