73Michael Woodbury Johnson, 62, of Holualoa, Hawaii, a Robert's Hawaii boat captain, died at home. He was born in Palm Springs, Calif. He is survived by companion Carolyn Lewis and sisters Kristine Platten and Carol Dinmore. Services to be held at a later date.
