Norman Francisco Flores, 75, of Tacoma, Wash., an Air Force retiree, died in Washington. He was born in Paauilo, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Steven and Darren; daughter Shari Dee Armstrong; brother Joseph; sisters Andrea Motoyama, Beatrice Tano, Frances Ishida and Shirley Choy; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
