Grace “Soleil” Cassir, 95, of Waikiki, a retired proprietor of L’Ele-gance Paris-Rome Madison Ave. in New York, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Colombia. She is survived by son Dr. Jorge F., daughter Gloria M. Uslan-Milo, sister Emma Upegui, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Private scattering of ashes.
