Roy Tadao Ishizaki, 80, of Honolulu, formerly of Los Angeles, a retired architect for Los Angeles County and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died at home. He was born in Kapaa, Kauai. He is survived by sisters Elsie H. Ishizaki and Evelyn Y. Kuraoka. Private services. No monetary offerings.
