James Santiago Vegas Jr., 64, of Honolulu, an Air Force veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Tyrone and Tazra, daughters Gima Cabral and Trinity Vegas, parents James Sr. and Violet, a brother, four sisters, eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
