74Billie Yoshiko Sugai, 90, of Honolulu, a Pollo's Market and Restaurant salesclerk, died in Island Nursing Home. She was born in Kahuku. She is survived by husband Kenneth Y., sons Mark K. and Terrence H., daughter Gwen C. Fukuhara, brother Kenjiro Uehara, sister Hanako Hoe and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
