Elizabeth Ann "Kaime" Spitalsky, 81, of Lanai City, an educational assistant for private schools, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kona. She is survived by companion Guillermo Sarocam; sons Guillermo "Baba" and Jessie Spitalsky, and Theron Sarocam; daughters Alberta Duarte, Cynthia "Fatso" Deleon, Carol "Peachie" Aoki, Leilani and Lynda Spitalsky, and Laura and Georgina "Gigi" Mano; brother Leonard Filomeno; sisters Violet Santos, and Lily and Ethel Filomeno; 26 grandchildren; and 49 great-grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday in Lanai City. Casual attire.
