David Charles Page, 68, of Holualoa, Hawaii, a rancher in Yorba Linda, Calif., died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Fullerton, Calif. He is survived by wife Carol, sons Steven and Brian, and two grandchildren. Services to be held in Fullerton.
