Edwin Garcia "Gus" Villanueva, 75, of Pahala, Hawaii, a retired supervisor at the former Kau Sugar Plantation and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Olaa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Marion O. Kittelson-Villanueva; son Elgon J.; daughters Jacquelyn "Jackie" Sinclair, Angela "Angie" Packer and Peggy Kalalau; hanai daughters Anne K. Dorsey and Karen K. Martin; sisters Katherine Villanueva and Rose M. Evangelista; and eight grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Pahala Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Services: 6 p.m. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. Thursday at the church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow. Casual attire. No flowers.
