74Kazuko "Pat" Taketa, 88, of Pearl City died in Pearl City. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Derek, daughters Sandra Pollard and Lorna Taketa, brother Richard Saiki, sisters Sumie Kaneshiro and Dana Kawahigashi, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m.
