The Rev. Frank Soong Ling, 86, of Honolulu, an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in the Veterans Affairs Center for Aging. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Marie, hanai son Tiger Young, daughters Pamela and Lydia, hanai daughter Gloria Lin and sister Florence Lum. Services:10 a.m. Saturday at First Chinese Church of Christ, 1054 S. King St.
