75David Kananiolaie Travis, 78, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired heavy equipment operator, died in Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by wife Connie; sons David Jr. and Rudy; daughter Kristy K. Travis-Ramirez; stepsons Hiram and Keo Kaukani, Charleston and Kana Wallace, and John Kahunanui; stepdaughters Charmaine and Charlotte Wallace, Leiko Kahunanui-Vierra and Momi Kahunanui; sisters Lottie Kukona, Mildred Bailado and Paula Kalanikau; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
