73Masakazu "Masa" Uemura, 88, of Honaunau, Hawaii, a retired Kona Village Resort maintenance supervisor, Kitaoka Construction and Yamamoto Contractor employee and Mauna Kea Beach Hotel stone mason, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Keei, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Betsy; sons Terry and Aaron; daughters Lorna Motogawa, Ruth Andrade and Lori Ann Edmoundson; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 2 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Keei ward, Honaunau. Services: 3:30 p.m. Burial to follow at Hongwangji Mission Cemetery, Keei.
