Takeo "Take" Nakayama, 90, of Mountain View, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County finance department controller and Army veteran who served in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, 100th Battalion, Company B, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Mountain View. He is survived by wife Chieko, son Curtis, daughter Eunice, brother Mitsuo, sister Shizuno Sadanaga, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
