74Takeo "Tommy" Okada, 98, of Honolulu, a retired carpenter, died in Palolo Chinese Home. He was born in Kealia, Kauai. He is survived by wife Beatrice S., sons Douglas K. and Philip M., daughter Karen F. Takafuji, sisters Kathryn M. Haraguchi and Mutsuko Matsuda, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
