Raymond Hiroshi Oda, 83, of Wahiawa, a retired Department of Education counselor and teacher, and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by wife Judith Y.; daughters Jacqueline Sawai and Traci Ann Shiraishi; brother Kenneth; sisters Margaret Nosse, Gladys Aoki and Helen Tanaka; and six grandchildren. Private services.
