Charles F.W. Chong, 88, of Honolulu, a Department of Education teacher, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in HonoÂlulu. He is survived by wife Jean K., son Charles F.W. Jr., brother Richard, sister Constance Prange, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation:11 a.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services at noon. Casual attire. No flowers.
