Francis Puahaaheo "Stretch" Wong, 74, of Kaneohe, a retired Board of Water Supply plant maintenance supervisor and an Air Force veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Barbara C., sons Lance and Randy, daughter Rhanda Beazley, mother Mildred S., brothers Timmy and Larry, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
