77Walter "Tootsie" Nihipali Sr., 83, of Hauula, a retired city refuse collector, Hawaiian Pine truck driver and Rehab Center of the Pacific security guard, died in Avalon Care Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Walter Jr., Earle, Ronald "Kunani" and Gary; brothers Joseph "Kiddit" and Ray P.; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
