Elaine T. Jones, 91, of Hilo, a PayLess retiree, dressmaker and Concept Now distributor, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by daughter Cheryl McGinnis; brothers Manabu, Charles K. and Herbert Uyeda; and a grandchild. No services.
