82James Tadashi "Jimmy" Ota, 94, of Kealakekua, Hawaii, a retired electrician, died in Kailua-Kona. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jane; sons Robert and Steve; daughters Cindy Adams, Jeri Espiritu and Gay Mukai; brother Ronald; 16 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Private services.
