79Mikayla Alohanani Palakika Morales-Kua, 10, of Honolulu, a Jefferson Elementary School student, died in Kapiolani Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by mother Nadine Morales; father Michael Morales; brothers Mika, Makana and Makena; and grandparents Raphael Morales, Dianne Fraticelli and Frances Kua. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park &Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
