Leonard Paul Cozzo Jr., 68, of Honolulu, a retired Navy wardroom and galley supervisor, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio. He is survived by son Richard, daughters Dorothy Abreu and Christine Amii, brothers Joseph Germano and Joey Cozzo, and sister Maxima Germano. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kaneohe Hawaii Stake Center, 46-117 Halaulani St. Services: 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
