ALPHONSO GERSABA
Age 83, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away January 1, 2012 in Honolulu. Born August 2, 1928 in Ewa, Hawaii. Retired from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Shop #26 as a Welder and also at Waipahu Elementary School. U.S. Army Korean War Veteran.
He is survived by companion, Carol Kanda; son, Alphonso "Boy" Gersaba Jr.; daughter, Charlene (Benny) Rabanal; grandchildren, Beverlee Rabanal, Blayne Rabanal, Morgan Eddy; hanai daughters, Julie Sano, Jill Koga.
Visitation 8:30 a.m. Monday (January 30) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Memorial Service 10:00 a.m. Committal Service 1:00 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of The Pacific. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
