Thelma Margaret Azevedo, 93, of Kapolei, a homemaker, died in Leeward Integrated Health Services. She was born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Velma H. Chong and Joan A. Azevedo, brothers Abel and Ronald Awong, and four grandchildren. Private services.
