75John Albert Sei Ma-tsuda, 66, of Honolulu, a retired Army sergeant first class, died. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by sons Jadd S. and Jess Y., mother Haruno, sister Margaret Mochizuki and Sharon Yamagata, and three grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Cremation to follow. Committal services: 11 a.m. Feb. 6 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. No flowers.
