John Albert Sei Matsuda, 66, of Honolulu, a retired Army sergeant first class, died. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by sons Jadd S. and Jess Y., mother Haruno, sisters Margaret Mochizuki and Sharon Yamagata and three grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Committal services and inurnment: 11 a.m. Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. No flowers.
