74Rita Spencer Akiona, 92, of Honolulu, a Nani Sports Wear Wholesale secretary, died in Ho-nolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by hanai daughters Ronette, Gayle and Karen Hunt; brothers John D. and Phillip Spencer; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
