73Nathan Ka‘ehukai Pulham, 33, of California, formerly of Honolulu, died in California. He was born in Pahala, Hawaii. He is survived by father the Rev. Elliot H., mother Donna S. "Chickie" Vincent, stepbrother William and grandparents Floyd and Pauahi Pulham, and Reginald and DonnaJean Sunada. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Friday at Koboji Shingon Mission, 1223-B N.
