James Susumu Oura, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Nissan parts department clerk and an Army veteran who served in World War II with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, Company K, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by wife Charlotte, son Wayne, daughter Phyllis Kurio, brother Takeshi, sister Jane T. and two grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
