78Joseph "Leach" Burnett, 99, of Waimanalo, a retired Burnett's Termite Control Co. founder and owner and retired lineman for the city Department of Transportation Services, died in Waimanalo. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Paul and Randy, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Church. Mass: 11:15 a.m. Burial: 12:45 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Aloha attire. No flowers.
