Howard Shigeji Santoki, 83, of Pearl City, a retired Servco Pacific automobile salesman, died in St. Francis Hospice West. He was born in Aiea. He is survived by wife Beatrice H., daughters Cheryl S. Quinn and Sandy Lee S. Numazu, brother James Y., sister Juliet N. Ueda and a grandchild. Private services.
