NEIL TEPPER
NEIL TEPPER Neil Tepper of Honolulu, Hawaii, died January 2, 2012, of complications from pneumonia. He was 69. Neil was born October 18, 1942, in Jersey City, NJ. He lived in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Maui and Oahu. He first arrived in Hawaii in 1969, and returned to Oahu permanently 3 years ago. Neil, an extraordinarily creative talent, authored "Prescriptions for Living a Creative Life", was a songwriter for mainland and Hawaii-based musicians, and was an award-winning photographer. He produced and hosted "The Creativity Salon" for local Olelo TV. In Neil's business career, he was creative executive with the Coca Cola Company, Universal Television, and the 1996 Olympics held in Atlanta. Neil was a Life Coach, and as a member of the Hawaii Kai Toastmasters, won first place in the Western Division. In addition to his many friends in Hawaii and elsewhere, Neil is survived by his loving sister, Barbara Tepper Leeds, of Aventura, FL. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, February 25, 2012.
