76Louis Kapuhelani Santiago, 70, of Kahuku, a retired Grace Pacific paver, died at home. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by wife Annette; sons Louis Jr., Lane and Walter; daughters Luanne "Missy" Aalona, Ottilia Te‘o and Becky Santiago; brother John Jr.; sisters Lipine Muraki and Pauline Hyke; 20 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Feb. 18 at Hope Chapel-Kaneohe. Services: 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Hauula Cemetery. Casual attire.
