79Jacqueline Monalisa Kuulei Apilado, 49, of Kapolei, a cafeteria aide, died at home. She was born on Oahu. She is survived by husband Bobby Orita, sons Kaelo and Kelvin Orita, daughter Tavia Orita and nine grandchildren. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Hawaiian Pentecostal Full Gospel Assembly.
