Elsie Sakae Yoshimatsu, 88, of Waimea, Hawaii, a retired civil service clerk for the Department of the Army, died at home. She was born in Waimea. She is survived by brother Kenneth and sisters Kiyome Yoshimatsu, Akiko Hanano and Rose Markey. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
