74Charles Kiaaina "Charlie" Handley Jr., 64, of Kailua died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Charles K. III; daughter Kailani C.; brothers Carlton, Craighton, Kalai and Clifford; sisters Charlene Huffman and Carleen Ornellas; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. Sunday at Kailua Beach Pavilions, near boat ramp. Services: noon. Scattering of ashes and lunch to follow. Bring your own watercraft.
