81Michele Rowe Gallagher "Shelly" Mendoza, 46, of Honolulu, a hairstylist, died at home. She was born in Santa Clara, Calif. She is survived by husband Dennis L., daughters Brittany and Brooke, mother Vivian Fraser, stepfather Hugh Fraser, sisters Keleigh "Kelly" Kaufman and Sandra Sheehy, stepbrothers Gregg and Douglas Fraser, and stepsister Kimberly Fraser.
